Details from our Business Development Plan
MVP #1 / First prototype – market test
Defining the very first version of OnboardingButler.
The focus was on building the basic data architecture, so we could actually test some our initial assumptions about market needs in detailed use-cases.
MVP #2 / POC. Launch in London, UK
Launching our second version of the OnboardingButler – this time in close collaboration with Agylia/Civica in the UK.
Focus is on validating our assumptions about the market, user needs, technical solutions, etc. in real life.
As a result, we will be ready to scale the deployment of OnboardingButler as the Best-of-Bread solution that customers are looking for – integrating with other HR-IS platforms -delivering concrete solutions on key Onboarding Management problems.
MVP #2 / POC. Launch in Scandinavia
The next milestone is to closer validate our value proposal in the Scandinavian market.
We will identify and test various approaches and methods when addressing the market – and certainly continue developing our model for ensuring Client Success: The main focus will be on establishing a high quality and optimal end user experience in everyday use of the platform.
